We had great value for our money at Mansfield Castle. The room was spacious, clean, and had beautiful views.
More variety in breakfast items would have been appreciated.

The food was at a higher standard than the actual room and the rest of the interior.
The beds were somewhat uncomfortable and the hotel does not seem to be in top nick.

Very central area for visiting northeast of Scotland. Fall of Shin and Dunrobin Castle very worth while a visit. Black Isle worth visiting as well.Booked two nights but loved the area so much stayed a third night. Food very well presented and aplenty in Hotel. The staff were very friendly and informative about the area and also the array of Scotch stocked in the Hotel Bar. We have to little dogs who were made very welcome by the staff and even had a treat each morning from the waitress/chef. Cant praise the Hotel and area enough.
Absolutely nothing. Hotel was fantastic.

I recently stayed at Mansfield Castle for a weekend getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay extra special. The restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast buffet was a real treat. The Tower Suite we were given was a lovely surprise and added a touch of luxury to our trip. The comfortable bed, clean room, and charming old building all contributed to a delightful stay. The hotel's location overlooking the Loch was simply breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Nice hotel, not very expensive for the good quality of the services and rooms that are provided. Very good breakfast (and dinner, too) served in an elegant room. Good position for starting a tour towards the highlands or southward towards Inverness area. For a romantic stay, it's simply... Perfect!
Really, nothing is bad. Just if the young employees of the staff could be a bit less formal and more friendly it would be even better.

Bedrooms could do with a makeover & new beds. But would still use again.
